Terms of use (English)

The MSR SmartCloud is provided by MSR Electronics GmbH as a supplement to MSR data loggers. It is not part of the purchased product. The customer has no automatic entitlement to the software.

MSR Electronics GmbH reserves the right to modify the MSR SmartCloud or to suspend or terminate its operation.

MSR Electronics GmbH cannot guarantee the security of the stored data and cannot guarantee fault-free operation of the MSR SmartCloud. It is therefore recommended not to rely on the functionality of the MSR SmartCloud, particularly for critical applications.

Conditions d'utilisation (French)

Le MSR SmartCloud est mis à disposition par MSR Electronics GmbH comme prestation complémentaire aux enregistreurs de données de MSR. Il ne fait pas partie du produit acheté. Le client ne peut exercer de droit de propriété et de mise à disposition sur le logiciel.

La société MSR Electronics GmbH se réserve le droit de modifier le MSR SmartCloud, d'interrompre son exploitation ou d'y mettre fin.

MSR Electronics GmbH ne peut garantir ni la sécurité des données enregistrées, ni le fonctionnement sans défauts du MSR SmartCloud. Il est recommandé de ne pas se fier à la fonctionnalité du MSR SmartCloud, notamment en cas d'applications critiques.

Nutzungsbedingungen (German)

Die MSR SmartCloud wird von MSR Electronics GmbH als ergänzende Dienstleistung zu den MSR-Datenloggern zur Verfügung gestellt. Sie ist nicht Bestandteil des erworbenen Produkts. Der Kunde hat kein Recht an der und auf die Software.

MSR Electronics GmbH behält sich das Recht vor, die MSR SmartCloud zu verändern, deren Betrieb zu unterbrechen oder einzustellen.

MSR Electronics GmbH kann weder die Sicherheit der gespeicherten Daten, noch den fehlerfreien Betrieb der MSR SmartCloud garantieren. Es wird empfohlen, sich insbesondere bei kritischen Anwendungen nicht auf die Funktionalität der MSR SmartCloud zu verlassen.
